Dr. Michael Elliott
Dr. Elliott has a Ph.D., Clinical Psychology, with Emphasis in Marriage And Family Therapy from United States International University. He has been in private practice as a psychologist treating individuals, couples, and families for over 24 years and has supervised trainees and interns in Marriage and Family Therapy as well as Clinical Psychology. He serves as core faculty in the Masters in Counseling Psychology program and is former President of the Academic Senate, and a member of the Senate Leadership Committee. He is a Clinical Fellow of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, and the American Association of University Professors. Dr. Elliott is the Founding Director of the nationally recognized Auxiliary Studies Program in Orange County California treating secondary school students with learning and behavior disorders. He has conducted workshops and presented papers at various conferences including the American Psychological Association

Dr. Blake Oldfield
Blake Oldfield entered the field of psychology in 2003 when he began training, under Dr. Michael Elliott, in all aspects of the psycho-educational assessment process. Blake has a Bachelor’s in Psychology and attained his Master’s in School Psychology from Alliant International University. After completing his Master’s program in 2015, he began working as a school psychologist in both public and private schools. Blake returned to Alliant in 2016 and completed his Doctorate in Educational Psychology.
Blake specializes in psycho-educational and neuropsychological assessments, executive function training and intervention, the administration of the Fast ForWord and Cogmed intervention programs, and general educational concerns. Along with his work at Michael Elliott and Associates, Blake is employed as a school psychologist in a local private high school.

David Darick
David Darick is a bilingual Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. David served in two military services as a foreign language analyst and language instructor. Following the completion of military service, he continued working with various DoD organizations as a Persian Farsi instructor and translator for nearly a decade. It was within the classroom that David discovered his passion for connecting with others in meaningful and practically supportive roles. Further exploring ways in which he could be of service, David formally studied Chinese medicine for a year when he found a calling to the field of Depth Psychology. David earned his MA in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and is currently pursuing his doctorate in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling. David aims to draw from a diverse cultural and professional background to meet clients where they are and to assist them in reaching new levels of self-awareness and relational success.

Alison Campbell
Alison Campbell has 17 years of professional experience in consulting and teaching contemplative practices and philosophies, mostly in the fields of mindfulness, and meditation. This background led her to pursue an MA in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, and to become a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Alison is committed to a collaborative approach, and relies upon a range of psychological traditions and philosophies to help clients reach their goals. When she is not at work, Alison can be found in the mountains, with her dogs, or on a sailboat.

Andrea Visser
Andrea Visser is a certified Life Coach and an Executive Team member for the Point and Focus team. Andrea is a collegiate scholarship athlete in volleyball who graduated with Business Management and Organizational Psychology degrees in her 4 years at Point Loma Nazarene University. She then went on to get her Masters in Leadership and Organizational Studies at Azusa Pacific. Andrea is currently in the process of completing her doctorate in Depth Psychology with a specialization in Integrative Therapy and Healing Practices at Pacifica Graduate Institute. Before joining the Point & Focus team, Andrea has worked with both non-profit and for-profit companies and from early startups companies to global companies. Throughout her career, her passion to help individuals achieve their goals in all areas of their lives has remained and will continue on the Point & Focus team.
